Seven things to do on Valentine's Day if you are Single

Walking alone, watching couples walk past you , cuddling each other or kissing. I know it can make you really sad and keep you wondering why you are still single and when will you meet your Mr./Miss perfect, Even though it feels like the end for you, trust me, it isn't . Being single for a long time has taught me that you are at your best to utilize your freedom when you don't have a partner. Hence looking at the positive side you can do a lot of things that can make you forget the need of a partner.

1. GET THAT SHORT HAIRCUT YOU'VE ALWAYS WANTED

In my entire lifetime i have almost heard every time from a girl how her partner doesn't allow her having short hair. But when there's no partner. who to care for? Visit a salon and chop off those extra inches that you always wanted to get rid off. Not only will you get a new look but your individuality and confidence will get a fair amount of boost.

2. GIVE THAT TIME TO FRIENDS THEY'VE MISSED

Having a Partner means spending a lot of time with him/her where friends get ignored. But to keep in mind, friends are the one who stay beside you during every good or bad situation you face. Valentine's day focuses on lovers basically but we love friends too so why not spread love between them as a special remembrance of Valentine's Day and make them feel special

3. GO TO WATCH A MOVIE WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS

To speak the blatant truth ,going in a movie theatre with your partner is 90% of spending time with your partner and 10% of watching the actual movie. Looking at whose hand holds first, Staring at each other during a romantic scene, Sharing a kiss or two, cuddling each other and romancing while feeling the rhythm of the background music is not actually watching a movie . On the other side going to watch a movie with family or friends can give you company as well as let you watch the movie.

4. MAKING EYE CONTACTS WITH SEXY STRANGERS

Let's admit it. Checking out Sexy strangers , Smirking a bit, Blushing and then looking away always feels awesome. When in a relationship, chances of  practicing this point is fairly slim but some still manage to steal a chance or two even though it's morally forbidden. When not, you can do it whenever you want and the thrill of it is high as well. This Valentine's day don't miss any chance of checking out sexy strangers on the street.

5. HAVING YOUR FAVORITE CHOCOLATES

Chocolate is not only a great tasting dessert but a great stress reliever. It has been proven by scientists that chocolates can remove anxiety and can instantly change your mood. Even though you gain a pound or two which you can shed off later. Don't miss on munching on this favorite dessert . Make sure to the keep the quantity higher as well :D

6. TAKING YOUR PARENTS OR FAMILY MEMBERS FOR FINE DINING

Family members are always there when you go through a rough time. Why not celebrate this Day of Love with them? Parents always complain on how little time they get to spend with their children. Rushing to office or party with friends , more than half of us always forget to mention our parents or family members in the list. This Day of love is great to make them feel special. A surprise dining in a fine restaurant with family members would not only make your family members happy but would also give you a great time.

7. GO FOR SHOPPING

Who said that shopping is for girls only? Yes it's for guys as well. Whether you go for window shopping or buying real things. Shopping always works as a great stress reliever . Try buying a gift for yourself. Love and pamper yourself to the utmost. You don't always have to take anyone along with you to shop. Pick and choose your favorite things and come out with hand full of bags and also feeling great.
